Currently all Android tablets here have 2.x version installed. But it is obsolete. Now 4.0.1 is latest Android specially for tablets with large screens. There are 7" barnd name 4.0.1 tablets on the market but they are too much expensive. Needed cheap Chinese tablet with 7" capacitive screen and Android 4.0.1. Required specifications are:

- 7" capacitive screen with 1024x600 resoultion and 16.5M colors
- 1-1.2 GHz CPU ARMv7 with graphics acceleration, FullHD playback
- at least 512MB RAM, better 1GB
- built it 8GB flash
- full size SD card support up to 32GB (better 2x SD cards support)
- Wi-Fi, BlueTooth 2.0
- optional built-in 3G
- GPS, Assisted GPS if 3G included
- 2x full size Af USB both with OTG host (3G external modem support)
- HDMI output
- 2MP rear camera for shots and extended reality
- 0.3MP front camera and microphone for communications
- large battery to run for at least 10 hours continuously with wireless interfaces turned ON (Цуи-surfing), at least 8 hours video playback, 20 hours audio plaback (with display OFF)
- price less than $250 including shipping

The hardware is very similar to existing Teclast T760 (not available on TinyDeal). It is available on other shops for ~$250. But it runs Android 2.3. Android 4.x today is MANDATORY (4.0.1 is enough) instead. I would buy Teclast with Android 4.0.1 if only it would exist now. I will not buy Android 2.x tablet nor will recommend it to somebody never, ever.
