I bought a dual sim phone from Tiny Deal in early September, it arrived seemed ok and I left positive feedback. After 3 weeks it failed totally, I requested a replacement and was told to send it back AT MY OWN EXPENSE, £9.81.

I have neen told in order to give me a "Happy Buying Experience" it will now be 20 WORKING DAYS to replce a part.

What a joke, why have I not had a replacement sent straight out and the postage costs refunded, it is YOUR item that is faulty, why am I out of pocket ?

According to our warranty rules, customers should take responsibility for the postage to return and resend again.
But as your order is within 60 days, so we will pay the necessary shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
