Hello! I would like to experience some problems I had and I'm having with products purchased in Tiny. First a cell phone, sent under the number: RB256124307HK which is already 3 months that arrived in Brazil and have not received (I can only think that was lost) and now two smartphones shipped under the number: RC007011303HK that is routed to the same situation the other. I shop at various locations, such as pandawill, focalprice, dealextreme ... and only to products delivered by Tinydeal is that this is occurring. I would like a quick fix, because the delay is causing me injury ... But whenever I come into contact with the Tinydeal the represetante answer me the same thing: "The post office here are in contact with the post office in Brazil, it takes more days, you can expect a few more days?" The problem is that it's been but one month since the first complaint and so far nothing. I would move the site to claim the post office here in Brazil, because only the sender can make a complaint and they give a period of five days to solve the problem.

And finally, acquire and 3 phones (they arrived) but one of them came from the battery missing. So let me make clear my dissatisfaction with the site, due to the delay to give me a clear answer and objective! Until I have an answer, I will not make any more purchase on this site!

We have raised the written query to our post office. It takes more time to get the reply from post office.
 
If post office comfirms your item is lost, we will refund money to you or resend a good and new item to you as compensaction.

Until now (about to do six months of purchase) I received no reply and I think I'll get. It is a shame that a company "aparetemenre" so serious, do not give attention to your customer. Unfortunately not buy anything in the tiny.

Apparently this policy does not help anything!

The funny thing is that I have made many complaints and various periods of time (two months to claim, 3 months, 4 months ....)
And they speak it took a long time! This is absurd! I do not want the 30%, and now want nothing to do ... Just never buy or advise anyone to buy in tinydeal!
