 Hello, I really understand that you send me a lot of same messages instead refund. 
And please don't delete user's reviews for defective products! Thus, you are showing disrespect to your buyers! 
I don't send anything to your email, because I do it many times and no result
I don't accept your appologize, I accept only refund!
I don't want understand fraudsters!
