Dear Tinydeal and customers.

My parents bought me a tablet from tinydeal as a Christmas Gift, but the tablet doesn't work..

I'd like to make a complain, but I'm not sure if it be while. We paid for tablet 80 €. I don't want to pay for one another, or something. Maybe I should to send it back, If i receive one more piece. But I'm not sure if tinydeal will be fair to me, maybe when I send back my tablet, they don't send me anything and my parents lost 80 € for nothing :( Not to mention, that shipping to China costs app 30€ :(


Is there anybody who has experiences with their service??
