Most disappointed! After not receiving my order and being told to wait until tracking could be confirmed by post office (now 4 months waiting) - I have now been told... I have to pay half for another watch... Not very good customer service!
I wish I had read ALL these posts previously... I see that this is quite a regular occurence...

We send out the orders by the post airmail, would you please kindly contact your local post and customs to check if the package has arrived or not please? Sometimes it's because the post delayed the delivery, and sometimes the customs hold the order as need to some customs duties.
Please also tell us your order number, we would try to check the for you.
