I'm very mad about the way the aftersales works. I had a defect item. First i was asked to let it fix in my home coutry (and a part of the costs would be payed back to me). I tried but it didn't work. It cost me 20 euro!!
Then i had to send the phone back to china. Another 17 euro.
After weeks i mailed them. I was told that the phone was OK. (Imposible!!)
Then the phone was send to the manufactory.
Now i have to pay to get my phone back. No one wants to tell me wat was fixed, and I can't get any money back.
Very bad way to treat clients. How are the experiences of others?
